Welcome to the Author's Kit for the DGaO Proceedings 2025!
----------------------------------------------------------

In this package you will find everything you need to publish an article with the DGaO Proceedings. The proceeding can be submitted using one of the following methods:

1) Using Microsoft Word:
------------------------

Please use the document template "DGaO_template2025_eng.dot" which you find in the "MS Word" subdirectory, and save your final proceeding as pdf. Please bear in mind that your contribution must not exceed two pages and will NOT be edited, which means that it will be published exactly as it has been submitted! Solely the URN identifier and the dates will be adapted by us.

2) Using LaTeX:
---------------

Alternatively, we also provide a document template for LaTeX. You find the files in the "LaTeX" subdirectory. The DGaO Proceedings layout is implemented in the document class "DGaO-Proc.cls". Please open the file "dgao-demo.tex" using a text editor to see an example for the usage of this class. Afterwards, create a PostScript or PDF document. To do so, you can either use the DVIPS/Ghostscript combination or PDFTeX.

3) Submitting a poster:
-----------------------

If you presented a poster at the conference, you have the possibility to submit the poster itself instead of a two page article for publication with the DGaO Proceedings. Please obey the following guidelines:

- You may freely design your poster. Please use a sufficiently large font size such that the poster is readable wenn printed on A4 paper.

- Add the following two-line footer:
  "DGaO-Proceedings 2025 - http://www.dgao-proceedings.de - ISSN: 1614-8436 - urn:nbn:de:0287-2025-XXXX-Y"
and below "submitted: XX.XXX.2025 published: XX.XXX.2025"

- We accept only posters in PDF format. Please DO NOT send a CorelDraw, Illustrator or similar file format.

Please submit your article by email to:

submit@dgao-proceedings.de

This email should have the following contents:

1. Number of your talk or poster, as it is displayed in the program booklet (alternatively, you can include the title of the article and the name of the main author).

2. In the email attachment: your article (preferably packed as .zip file).

3. A scan of the completed and signed Copyright Agreement.

IMPORTANT: Please don't forget to fill in and sign the Copyright Agreement form (Copyright-Agreement_eng.pdf)!

By signing this form, you agree that the DGaO may publish your article. Until we do not have this agreement, your article cannot be published!
