Navigating a career in optics and photonics

Making career discussions in optics and photonics can be tricky. Although students, Ph.D. students, and postdocs are usually experts in their respective fields, it is frequently challenging for them to identify suitable career paths. However, talking to already established experts in academia and industry who openly share their career insights can be life-changing. Fortunately, the annual meeting of the DGaO is the perfect melting pot for both groups.
